All jewelry is made using high-quality, solid .925 Sterling Silver and 316L Stainless Steel. We do not use metals that tarnish (such as brass, nickel, alloy, etc.) in our wearable pieces.
Our products may be worn daily. If worn in the shower, it's recommended you clean your piece regularly with a mild soap and polishing cloth to maintain the shine.

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Absolutely! We specialize in group orders. Please see the chart in the product photos for promo codes on purchase of 2 or more items.
Are you able to customize any products?
Unfortunately, we don't currently offer customization on any items outside of the "Coach" and "Team Mom" necklaces. Our items are all made and packaged in advance to ensure fast shipping to our customers. We hope to offer more custom items in the future!
Will the length be okay for me or my recipient?
Our jewelry is all designed in adjustable lengths, and are standard sizes that are suitable for most. We do offer 2" necklace extenders in all finishes if you or your recipient prefer to wear your pieces longer than the standard 15"-17" length. The lengths of all our jewelry is also suitable for young children, ages 3 and up.

Our fulfillment office is located in Gilbert, Arizona, USA. All order are packaged and shipped by our team within 1-2 days of order receipt, and delivery time is based on the shipping method selected at checkout, (typically 2-5 days transit time).
